    CONDITIONS:

    • Service / Warranty works are conducted between 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
    • Parts and consumable items are in addition to labour service fees.
    • If a service of a second storey is required additional charges will apply.
    • If the works are covered by the manufacturer’s Product Warranty or Labour Warranty, no charges will apply.
    • If the works are NOT covered by the manufacturer’s Product Warranty or Labour Warranty, charges will apply and payment is required on completion of work.
    • Attach an image or video to support the fault description.
